I have downloaded a couple of different cars from the forum and every time i try to upload them it gives me a failed message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Status: File Failed Specifications Test

Tips:

1. Ensure you did not generate any mip maps when you saved the design.

2. Be sure you saved the file using DXT1.

3. Make sure the File dimensions are 1024 X 1024 - 72dpi.

The only thing I can think of would be the fact that I have a mac. But I don't think that would make a difference. The file is saved as a dds and downloaded from the link provided by the artist(s).

I don't know what the problem is, as long as it is saved as .dds it should upload, if you are on ps3 I then you can send me a friend request and I can upload them to my locker, then you can retrive them from there. Smile

I have 360 not PS3 but thanks for the offer.

iguess they still havent fixed the upload on the 360 there are alot of people out there that cant upload things to there locker from easportsworld.com its some kind of glitch where the accounts arent linking up

I got my account linked up. It lets me select my Live username then when i click upload it gives me that failed mesage right away.

yeah thats the problem that alot of them arent linked up correctly its not you its something between microsoft and ea
