go to http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/home

Sign in, or make an account if you don't already have one.

Once signed in you should get to a screen like this:

click on "NASCAR"

On the left side of the screen a big ad lookalike thing will pop up saying "Paint Booth", click it.

A screen should pop up, and on the bottom of that screen, there are options click "Uploads"

The screen should pretty much give you all the directions you need from there.

When it's done it will be on your PS3/Xbox 360 waiting for you.
