I see that you guys are running a race on June 6, which happens to be the 65th anniversary of D-Day. I think it would be a cool idea to run D-Day themed paint schemes for that race. Just a suggestion, but seems like it would be a cool thing to do.
Note: I've been thinking about joining ILOC for a bit now, but have decided to wait until I'm at least better at most of the tracks on the schedule. At this point the only races I'd even have a shot at a top 10 at would be Daytona and Talladega, but I always seem to have the worst luck in damage races at both of those tracks... |

Trust me. You can run 30s at Bristol and finish 4th in this league _________________ Moderator and admin of NASCARGrafx.

Ha! I never even realized some of these dates. Now I'm going to make a D-day car . And definitely an all patriotic car for July 3rd and September 11th. Then I'll add a special decal recognizing my birthday (the day previous) on July 25th. And I'll do a Rock N' Roll car, even though we're driving Ford's and it's the Chevy Rock & Roll 400, lol. |

lol?
Are the drivers that bad or are the races just that crazy? (not implying that they are bad, but... the way you phrased your response sounded like I could be a complete newb that has never played the game and still do good... )
It isn't Bristol that's the problem though. In fact I love racing Bristol with damage on. I just drive around with the basic veteran setup and watch the leaders wreck each other. It's Martinsville and the 1.5 mile tracks that get me though. I just haven't got timing down at those tracks. Either I spin, or just plain old hit the wall.
Anyways, how bout my idea on D-Day themed paint schemes during the June 6 race? I personally think it would be a neat thing to do, and you'd honorin the veterans of D-Day by doing it.
Edit: The lol? at the top of my post was directed at Smoke's post about being able to run in the 30s at Bristol and still finish 4th in the league.
Otherwise, yeah, seems like ILOC runs quite a few races on or near major events in history this season. Didn't even notice the July 3rd race lol

They used to be bad, 50+ cautions in 1st season (yeah lotsa peeps kicked out too)
Now It's keep your car clean, and win. People in this league race every lap like the last lap which makes it very exciting, and very dangerous and fun.
Think about 1990s pack racing all race long, not this wait til 5 laps to go crap nowadays _________________ Moderator and admin of NASCARGrafx.

I'd be one helluva change of pace then, since I tend to use Carl Edwards tactic from this year Talladega. Stay in the back all race, then get wrecked on the last lap while battling for the lead |

Well, our team (me and smoke's) race Ford's. You can race whatever car make you want really, even if it's a Lambo, lol. |

I am thinking of joining, but don't know if I should. How come whenever I race online the custom cars show up plain grey? |

Because you may not be on their friends list. Or sometimes EA acts all stupid. The last league race we had everyone had customs, but I could only see 4/12 customs. |
