Single player was boring. Any mission where you can use a flamethrower was way too easy. Multiplayer has its moments, but they are few and far between. Online, it's laggy to the point where three direct shots from a sniper rifle with the stopping power perk couldn't kill a guy. The game does have one good thing to it. Nazi Zombie Co-op! It entirely depends on who you end up having to co-op with though. If you get some good players with good tactics then it's fun, but occasionally you get stuck with the guy that blows himself up with grenades the first 4 levels and then insults you when you don't revive him. The mystery box can be a life saver, or just a waste of time. If you obtain a flamethrower, and can use the glitch, you are pretty much immortal. As of now I don't have any of the map packs, so I have no clue on how good or bad they are.

Dude, buy the 2nd map pack just for the Zombies, it's awesome. Youtube it

Two reviews here.

Battlefield 1943 (PS3)
Overall grade: B

For $15 it's pretty good. You get three normal maps, each a significant point in WWII, and a bonus map made especially for (aircraft) dog fights. The game play is fun on the three normal maps, but can become very unpleasant in the extra map. But first, there are minor issues to be addressed. First one I noticed, they made the American flag wrong! How do you F**k up so badly at your own flag! And the fact that you can re spawn in an area dominated enemies and get shot down again in seconds. The bonus map for the dog fighting is fun but can be a major pain in the ass. There are some dicks in the game that will team kill for fun and blow up planes for they're enjoyment and this will go on forever, they can't get kicked, idiots that don't pay attention to where they're flying and blatantly fly into you making you suicide. That's another problem, who the hell declared crashing a plane in the ocean after getting nailed by another plane suicide!? Yet another thing you don't get points for killing people in your/enemy base, I see it so often but NO ONE learns, they jump out of their plane and start killing people that you don't get points for. So friggin' stupid.

Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3)
Single player: A
Multiplayer: N/A
Overall Grade: A

Certainly an iconic game which has a history for being fun and oh so controversial. This has not been disappointing so far. Niko Belic is the ultimate bad-ass in this game. You've just arrived in America and start doing jobs for your cousin that slowly turn into dirty jobs. It starts simple, here's a girl, go on a date, have some money, go get clothes. That slowly turns into we're in debt, go kill people for money...Whoa...Deliver a truck full of explosives to an auto shop and blow it the hell up...WTF!!! It's wildly entertaining and it's fun to go on an occasional police chase/killing spree now and then, lol. Another thing I like about the game is the never ending selection of radio stations, I'm so tired of getting a video game and getting stuck with s**t for music. F**k Lil' Wayne and 50 Cent. With 20 (yes 20) radio stations it's perfect. If you can't find a station you like, your just trying to hate the game. Man, when I hear Queen's "One Vision" pop up on Liberty Rock Radio, I just blast it and cruse down the road. The open world is great too, just a lot of stupid, fun, illigal things to do.

I actually have not played the online portion of this game yet, but you pretty much just kill everyone in the room, lol.

PS3 Online: A
XBox 360 Online: B+

i have played grand theft auto online, it is very fun. The ps3 version has many different games to play, including deathmatch, team deathmatch, car jack city, Hangman's NOOSE, race GTA race. and plenty others. The 360, however does not have as many options, but is still just as fun. THere are plenty maps that you can play on, and 10 level of skills. When you first start, you are a level 0.. You gain money with kills, winning races, and completing objectives in online missions. The more money you gain, the closer you get to leveling up. Watch out for the level 10s because they really know how to play.

I found GTAIV to have god awful controls, glitched gameplay, insanely hard parts, and not as much fun factor (Compared to Driv3r)

C on my part.

Yeah, basic review

The only controls that I really don't like much are the Helicopter controls. But then again, I'm used to the heli controls from San Andreas.

Game: Battlefield 1943
Platform: PS3
Overall Grade: B-

okay overall the game is great.but it needs more. like a battle with sumarines. and it would be nice if u go inside the frighit. and acaluy have a offline mode were u do missions. and more maps. the ownly other thing is that they need to impovve the vehicles so they can go up steeper hills. Even the people so they can climb better

Game: IL2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey
Platform: PS3
Rating: A-

FINALLY! A decent WW2 flight sim! Planes are realistic. Responsiveness of controls depends on aircraft (good for fighters, bad for bombers). Graphics are terrific. Collision detector is perfect (I was forced to bail out after clipping my wing on a German He 111 bomber, thus breaking the wing off and sending me into a spin). Learning curve seems steep, but the controls are fairly easy to get used to. The selection of planes rivals that of other games I've played. Haven't tried multiplayer yet, but plan to soon.

Game: Dirt2
System: PS3
Grade: A+

Here's a simple review for you guys on this game. Best off-road racing game I've played in a long time. The graphics are amazing in this game. The tracks and the cars look so realistic. Featuring Dave Mirra, Travis Pastrana, and others. Online racing is fun if you get a good group of drivers in a race but there is no offline multiplayer mode. If you download the demo and play it for yourself you'll see why it's worth buying. Great racing game overall in my opinion.

Game: Warhawk
System: PS3
Grade: B

This game has been out for a few years now. Overall, this game is decent for a shooter but it's not the best out there. But the vehicle controls are easy to use for the planes, tanks, etc. and the add-ons for this game are pretty cool. Add-ons for new maps, jet-packs on your guy, and new vehicles. There are really no unlockables in this game but you can earn trophies. You have the same traditional 9 weapons that you collect during combat. There is no offline mode on this game except for a few training modes you can do if you want. But otherwise, this game requires you to have a PSN account. The maps look good and are big but again, there not the best. Things like trees, buildings, and sandbags are indestructible and are like brick walls. You can have 2-4 players play with you online which is cool. You can have up to 32 ppl in a single room too.

If your looking for a $20 shooting game this is the game for you! You probably won't be doing an "all-nighter" playing this game but it'll pass the time. I would suggest that you go download the demo 1st before you think about buying the game though. If you like it, you should buy it. I liked the demo and bought it. You'll probably get burned out on the game fast though.

Game: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
Platform: PlayStation 3
Genre: Action/Adventure

Campaign Grade: 10/10
Multiplayer Grade: 8/10
Overall Grade: 90/100

Comments: There are few games out on the market these days that can match the pure awe, cinematics, and character development of Uncharted 2. The multiplayer leaves something to be desired, and suffers from all the same disadvantages of being a third-person shooter in a first-person shooter dominated market. The grade would have been higher, had it not been for some odd graphical errors such as glitching into pillars and not being able to get back out. There were also moments when you were not allowed to continue past a particular section of the campaign because the game had trouble loading what is supposed to be on the other end of the rope you need to slide down to continue. Also, the character eyes come out very glossy and it looks very odd at times. Had it not been for the glitching into a pillar and the loading problems, this game would have been graded at like a 95.

Your grammar confused me, but I think you are talking about the first one...

Gordogg pretty much summed it up (I disagree on some things though) but I want to add my opinions on Uncharted 2.

Well..... hands down best singleplayer game I have played, the fun factor beats out MGS (Which is Story > Gameplay) and the story is great and not too deep and confusing. The controls are perfect, the animations are perfect (YouTube it), the voice acting is better than most MOVIES, the graphics are the best on consoles to date (YouTube it, lol) everything is perfect with few minor glitches.

The online. The suffering point. Some lag, overpowered weapons, and lots of bugs bring this game down, but it is still a blast to play. It feature 3 Co-op modes (Objectives which are missions and Arena which is survival, and survival with objectives) up to 3 players. Also 7 competitive modes with 7 maps up to 10 players. Naugthy Dog recently announced DLC releasing up to the next game's launch, some free, and some purchasable. OK, the gameplay of the MP is hated by most, they complain it takes a full clip to kill someone. Well, they suck ass then! It takes 7 AK shots to kill someone, not counting headshots! It's just the gameplay requires skill, and the guns have massive realistic recoil and accuracy. Just call those people COD nerds, after playing this you know it wouldn't work if everyone died in 3 shots!

Overall, this game is the most perfect game to date, and anything less than 95/100 is a joke. IF YOU OWN A PS3 (OR IF YOU DON'T BUY ONE) AND PLAY THIS INCREDIBLE GAME!

I say:

SP: 10/10 (Story, set pieces, and characters)
MP: 9/10 (Lag, balance, content, fun factor)
Graphics: 10/10 (Animations, textures, layouts, voicing)
Value: 9/10 (Replay and monetary)
Support: 10/10 (Post-Release fixes and addons)

OVERALL: 9.8/10
